Since, monsoon has started pouring in and it  change from extreme hot to pleasant and refreshing rainy season is surely soothing. But, rains also bring along its share of health concerns. From food poisoning, diarrhea, infections, cold, and flu to many other health risks, we can fall prey to a host of health issues in this season. And, when COVID-19 is wreaking havoc all over the world, monsoons could be even more dangerous to your health. Therefore, you need to make sure that the food you eat strikes the best balance between nutrition and immunity.

Immunity being the keyword in the current scenario, all we want now is to ensure that our innate immune system can take care of itself. So, eating right and being positive is the best way to go. Cardamom and cloves are effective against many infections, and peppercorns prevent and soothe symptoms like cold and flu. Cinnamon is a bank of medicinal and anti-inflammatory properties too. So, even if you are not a tea drinker, consider masala tea as a medical concoction and steer the side effects of monsoon away.

Munching on dates, almonds, and walnuts is a good idea, no matter what the season. However, as these nuts are rich in vitamins and minerals, these are great options to add to your monsoon diet.  Also, Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant, which helps in keeping your cells healthy.

 If you are thinking of binge eating replace junk food and add nuts, dry fruits and seeds in your diet and make your nutrition complete with the bliss of immunity.

5 Ginger

Ginger is an excellent herb with antibiotic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. It is also rich in antioxidants. Homemade sanitizer

Hello everyone!!

Hope you all are safe from covid 19. As there is a shortage of hand sanitizers in the market  So, let’s prepare it’s substitute at home only with requirement of two ingredients only.  I know, it will not be much effective but to some extent we can protect our life and will be safe from virus.

Additionally, Properly scrubbing your hands is one of the best ways to stop the spread of germs and viruses, and to ensure you don’t get sick yourself. But if you don’t have access to soap and clean water, or if you’re out and about and nowhere near a sink, you should carry hand sanitizer to protect your health. So,here we go with our process. 

 Requirement of :-

  • Aelo Vera gel


  • Dettol liquid
  • One empty bottle
Process :-
  1. Take an empty small bottle.
  2. Fill it half with aelo Vera gel
3. Add 2-3 tablespoon of dettol liquid  in the container
4. Shake it well till it get fully transformed
Now it is ready to use. Though, washing hands should be more prioritize being compared to sanitizers. Since safety is must. Therefore,

prepare healthy salad within 15 minutes

Hii guys!!
Today, after a long time I’m gonna tell you about a healthy  salad recipe. Which you can enjoy at any time during the day.

Salad is item that is relished by kids and adults both. It also marks to be a supplement for many who workout. Have a look on some yogas which you can do at home

Salad full of  veggies just makes it a perfect bowl for dinner. Here is a step by step to making the salad at home for a healthy breakfast.


Ingredients required :-
Carrot, broccoli, cabbage, sweetcorn, onion, black salt, black pepper, lemon, chaat masala, oregano(optional).


To make one of the most healthy salad  take all the above  veggies and cut them into small pieces.
Boil all the veggies for about 5 to 10 minutes and leave it for 3-4 minutes until it cool down.


Then,  Take another pan and saught the veggies in olive oil. Once crisp, sprinkle  salt, black pepper, black salt according to your taste and squeeze one lemon in it. Mix all the ingredients together.
 Move ahead for the dressing. Garnish the bowl with coriander and  salad is ready to serve.


 This healthy bowl can be relished for dinner and can also be eaten for mid-meals.

THERE IS EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION – equally will loose of  weight
By doing these 5 yoga on a regular basis helped me in loosing  4kg in month. In which i didn’t followed any strict diet plan at all. Yoga  also help me in maintaining my body structure. Doing yoga on regular basis also improves and show our lifestyle too.
The duration of doing these yoga for beginners in there first week is 30-35 mins. 
With every sets 10×3 there should be increase in nos.

You can also increase the number of sets upto your limits  
You can even enjoy some lemonade to boost up your energy :
Some yoga benefits from my personal experience are:
